MARDigest

The MARDigest, the Association’s monthly electronic newsletter, keeps REALTORS® abreast of the latest Association news, member benefits, legislative issues, educational opportunities, upcoming events and industry trends. MAR sends the newsletter via e-mail to all members with active e-mail addresses on file each month.

Real Estate 4•1•1: The Mississippi Consumer’s Guide to Homeownership

Real Estate 4•1•1 is an annual, statewide consumer guide offering tips and tools for home buying and selling in Mississippi. More than 100,000 copies of the printed publication are distributed to Mississippi consumers each year through local boards of REALTORS®, brokers’ offices, Chambers of Commerce, housing agencies and advertiser businesses.

Consumers also may access Real Estate 4•1•1 in an electronic format. MAR encourages REALTORS® to utilize this membership benefit as a way to offer added service to their clients and customers. In addition to making printed copies of the guide available to clients and customers, REALTORS® may provide a link to the online version of Real Estate 4•1•1 from their companies’ websites.

Hurricane Preparedness Guide

The Online Hurricane Preparedness Guide is a resource to help REALTORS® and their clients and customers prepare for hurricane season. The site includes tips, tools and information from weather-related organizations and government agencies to help REALTORS® prepare for potential storms. REALTORS® are encouraged to share this information with colleagues, customer, clients, neighbors, friend and family by providing a link from their web sites.
