    CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email. Refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be granted until October 2nd. Convention venues require guarantees and advance payment in full by MAR for all registrants one week in advance, therefore absolutely no refunds will be processed after October 2nd, 2023.
