Broker's Summit

The Summit is designed for Broker Owners and Managing Brokers and will take place at the MAR Building, North Hall.

Application is being made with MREC and MAB for 2 hours of elective CE credit.

The program is FREE but registration is required and space is limited!

Invitations to the Summit with the registration link are being emailed to Principal Brokers and Managing Brokers.

Brick by Brick: Building a Business that Wins will take you through creating and refining your systems and will also explore the details of setting goals, lead generation, learning scripts, working with buyers and sellers and how to sustain that business and those processes for the future.

Guest Speaker: David Ostrander

With a passion for people and a heart for leadership, David Ostrander has built a dynamic career rooted in connection, growth, and service. After earning a degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Mississippi College, David launched his professional journey in human resources with two major corporations. That foundation in people strategy and organizational development set the stage for an entrepreneurial leap—first by helping a friend run a landscape business, and then by stepping fully into the world of real estate.

Licensed in 2016, like most agents, David struggled. After about six months, he reached out to an acquaintance who was also a top-producing REALTOR® who allowed him to shadow them for a week. David took that opportunity and ran with it—producing results, growing his client base, and developing a passion for teaching others how to generate, grow, and sustain success in real estate and business alike. Today, David proudly serves as CEO for nearly 2,200 REALTORS® across Central Mississippi.
