CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email. Refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be granted until September 30th. Convention venues require guarantees and advance payment in full by MAR for all registrants one week in advance, therefore absolutely no refunds will be processed after September 30th, 2024.
