30 Mar Corporate, LLC annual reports due April 15

Mississippi law requires all corporations and limited liability companies operating in Mississippi to file an annual report with the Secretary of State.

This report can be filed any time on or after January 1 of each calendar year and is due by April 15 of that year.

All annual reports must be filed online.

Failure to file an annual report may result in the administrative dissolution of the corporation or  LLC.
