06 Apr REALTORS® Land Institute reveals new logo
The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) recently announced new logos at their brand release at the 2017 National Land Conference in Charlotte, NC.
The redesigned logos are one of many initiatives to stay ahead of the curve and reinforce the organization’s position within the industry as “The Voice of Land.”
RLI’s CEO Aubrie Kobernus, who has been leading the new direction alongside 2017 RLI National President Brandon Rogillio, ALC, and the rest of their Board of Directors, said “The new brand is one of the many ways—and, perhaps, the most visible way—that we are reshaping our organization to enhance its stance as the essential membership organization for land professionals. As another evolution of our past logos, we hope to show how far we have come, and plan to continue growing, as one of the oldest affiliates of the National Association of REALTORS® since we began serving land real estate professionals in 1944. The new REALTORS® Land Institute logo evokes the professionalism, prestige, and unwavering values of its esteemed membership.”
RLI hopes to add value for their current members as well as expand their membership by drawing in the next generation of land real estate professionals specializing in everything from farm, recreational, timber, and ranch land to transitional land used for commercial and residential development.
Since buying and selling land real estate requires specialized knowledge on behalf of the agent, RLI is also taking steps to heighten the relevancy of their courses and strengthen their state chapters, who will also be rebranding in alignment with the national organization, to ensure their members remain the most educated and well-connected agents across the country.
